This bandana serves as your field guide for wildlife in the Gates of the Mountains Wilderness and is the perfect way to carry the essence of a place with you wherever you go.

In 1805, as Lewis and Clark navigated the Missouri River, they came upon a dramatic canyon and wrote of it: “This is a place worthy of the gates of the world.” Here, the river threads between towering limestone cliffs, a landscape as wild and enduring as the expedition that first charted it. Bald Eagles wheel overhead while Golden Currant and Bittersweet Nightshade twist along the sunlit banks. Wild Bergamot and Great Blanketflower bloom in meadowed pockets, and Lewis’ Mock Orange scents the air. Oneflower Kelseya clings to sheer rock faces, while Mule Deer graze quietly, and North American River Otters slip beneath the sparkling water, where Rainbow Trout flash like silver sparks.
