The kit fox is a small, agile canid native to the arid regions of the western United States. With its slender body, large ears, and bushy tail, the kit fox is perfectly adapted to its desert environment. These nocturnal hunters primarily feed on rodents, insects, and other small prey, using their keen sense of hearing to locate food beneath the ground. Their fur, a mix of sandy and gray tones, provides excellent camouflage against the desert landscape, allowing them to stalk their prey with stealth. Socially, kit foxes often live in pairs or small family groups, utilizing their intricate burrow systems for shelter and raising young. Their adaptability and unique behaviors make them a fascinating species within their ecosystem, highlighting the rich biodiversity of the regions they inhabit.

Orders within the US usually arrive within 3-5 business days after the shipping date.
